Load test the microservice

1. Deploy the JIRA Load Testing add-on to Micros
2. Create 2 instances with a lot of issues (> 4000)
3. Create an empty instance with the Updated by add-on and load testing add-on installed
4. Start load testing the empty instance. We should see issues being processed in the updated by add-on.
5. Install the updated-by add-on on the two large instances
6. Monitor what happens. Do the new installations ever process the issues? Does the add-on crash? Etc.
