Add Compatibility with Wiki Editor for JIRA Plugin

The Wiki Editor for JIRA adds a nice toolbar to comments that allows users to more easily format their comments.
This plugin currently does not utilize the toolbar when a user attempts to make a reply.
This request is to add the toolbar to the comment text box whenever a user starts writing a reply (and the Wiki Editor for JIRA plugin is installed).
There's also a rendering conflict issue with the latest version of the wiki-editor and this plugin. When you have an issue with a lot of comments and you choose to "expand all comments" you will see the wiki-editor toolbar appear for all comments that were view-able before expanding regardless of editing state. I'm not sure if this needs to be or can be fixed by this plugin or the wiki-editor plugin.
