Git Macro inside Markdown Macro

I just saw a comment left at the Markdown marketplace page that suggests filing a feature request for having a macro inside of the markdown macro. My use case for this is to use the Git for Confluence macro to pull in README.md files from Bitbucket into confluence to keep documentation in sync between our development and support teams.
