Compatibilize with bitbucket server

We found this add-on, but it is not compatible with bitbucket server.

It is very useful for us like a guide of best practices, recomendations, alerts, etc. to follow in a Pull Request.

We are very interested in use this add-on. If you need developers I could contribute.
