Clicking into "Quote this guideline" doesn't work

I’ve installed the add-on and added a CONTRIBUTING.md file and even when i can see the guidelines and click on the "Quote this guideline" button, it does nothing.

I’ve checked the Chrome Devtools and see that there’s an error in the console that i’m attaching.

System: Chrome 77.0.3865.90, MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
