prguidelines instruction aren't clear or its not working

I have followed the instructions as shown here

I have concerns as UI is old in the video. is this feature really working?

    It appears this plug-in only works with the “Old View” and not BitBuckets newer PR view.

    Unless it is actively maintained, this plug-in appears to no longer be useful.
