Make build available

Hi,

it would be great, if you could make a build available (preferently at maven central). Simply cloning seems not to work because of missing dependencies (starting with the "public-pom")

Are there any plans to publish the artifacts to maven central? Without this I think this project won't get very popular.

Current build process is complete mess, To build this, you need to add: atlassian maven repository, configure maven-amps-plugin (which is kind of ridiculous - more here), and maybe something else for simple rest api wrapper.

Adding this stuff to public maven repository should at the top of list if you want that some one will actually use it.
