Support the creation of PullRequests

Stash offers the functionality of Pull Requests. There is currently no representation within this project for the existing REST API.

Hi,

I implemented it locally but failed to integrate it with the existing integration tests.

Here are my issues: - I had to change to <amps.version>5.0.4</amps.version>, it seems that this is recommended for Maven 3.x - I need a feature branch in the test repository in order to create a pull request. How can I change the test repo?

Support of Pull Requests have been added to this library, check out 1.6.0-rc5 version, release candidate of upcoming 1.6.0 version.
