Integrate with Laravel 4 Starter Site

Not sure if you have any interest in this, but I was planning to integrate HybridAuth in to my Laravel 4 Bootstrap Starter Site. Since your project seems to do a lot of this I plan to use your package to do this instead. Do you have any interesting in doing that integration? If so, just make a fork and pull request.

I've got a fork going that should make the setup considerably easier, I included the models in the Atticmedia\Anvard namespace so there's no need to create and modify existing models. I also refactored and tidied up a lot of the code. I still need to document and test but you can take a look here if you like. I also added a logout route.
