Chokepoint missing near natural base on Python

With commit 4222ab0, the attached screenshot shows the following chokepoint missing at Position[x=1818,y=642] near the natural base on Python. This chokepoint is not missing in the official v2.2. I haven't tested if other chokepoints are missing.
