revid-cli: Option to insert location into MTS metadata

For video generated by revid-cli from a fixed location (such as a rig), it is desirable to be able to insert the location (latitude,longtitude[,altitude]) into the MTS meta data at the source.

In NetSender mode, providing the latitude,longitude is specified for the given NetReceiver site, it will automatically be supplied via the “ll” parameter in the /recv response.

In command-line mode, a new command-line flag will be required.

No functionality needs to be added to achieve this. Revid already gets location from /recv request responses, and there is no longer a command line version.
