revid: MJPEG output from v4l

Saxon Milton created an issue

Currently output from v4l is hardcoded to h264. Now that we’re dealing with MJPEG more often, it would be nice if the startV4l function took the config.InputCodec param into consideration and changed it’s output codec accordingly.
