psi: FindPMT return should be change to just return int

FindPMT currently returns a byte slice of the found PMT and an error, but this could be simplified just to return the index of the PMT in the data, and if it cannot find a pmt to return -1

findPMT now returns the pmt itself as a bytes slice and the index from the original slice.
