cmd/rv: getting OOM on pi camera

We’re getting OOMs when streaming on the Pi (zero) Cameras to youtube after 5-10 min.

    This was attributable to the utils/ring issue here which is no longer resulting in issues for cmd/rv for the time being as we have reverted to the proven fixed size ring buffer.
