revid: RTMPRBCapacity and MTSRBCapacity variables set the same thing

We don’t need both RTMPRBCapacity and MTSRBCapacity variables as they set the came thing: Revid.Config.RBCapacity. Furthermore, the TypeData map only specifices RBCapacity as a variable, which actually isn’t even handled by revid.
