revid: create pipeline_test.go file to house testing for revid pipeline

Saxon Milton created an issue

revid_test.go currently has tests that are less about overall behaviour of the revid API and more about behaviour of particular components of the pipeline. It is therefore proposed that we add a new file called pipeline_test.go to house more pipeline specific testing and leave revid_test.go to house testing of the revid API.
