treatment: make audio file path configurable to play different volumes

We would like to be able to remotely change the volume of the speakers playing from our treatment software. One way we could do this is to have pre-loaded files on the pi of different volumes and remotely change the file path that treatment uses. It will also come in handy if we ever want to play different sounds eg. compare shimp noise to boat noise, or run a test audio file.
