treatment: add support for digital amplifier volume control

Trek Hopton created an issue

The MAX9744 amplifiers can be configured to allow digital volume control via i2c. We should be able to control the amp volume with the i2c pins on the raspberry pi.

A variable should be added to treatment for AmpVolume, and this should be checked in order to update the amp volume.
