revid: add further camera control variables to configuration

There are some control parameters for the raspberry pi camera available through raspivid that we have not exposed to the revid API, namely, sharpness, contrast, ISO, ev and awbgains (blue and red gains). It’s proposed that these parameters be added and controllable through netsender variables.
