cmd/rv: investigate means of automatic upgrade when new versions are created

It’d be useful if we could add rv to a package manager or setup a similar service that can automatically update software when

a new version has been created. Otherwise, it means we have to go to location in order to do a software update of peripheral devices.

Will now have functionality for remote upgrade. This will not be automatic (and should not be) as a safety feature. So, this issue is considered resolved.
