av/revid: remove cmds that keep causing build errors

I would like to remove the cmds that we have under av/revid. I had them there initially to do testing, but it has ended up where it's just as easy if not faster to test more features just by using revid-cli. They have become a hindrance because they are the cause of build errors when changes occur.
