SCUHU related code should use notify type systemd service

Given that this system is expected to run completely by itself for decent periods of time, we should really set it up as a “notify” type service i.e. we have to provided notifications to systemd otherwise the watchdog will restart the service. This means that in the case of a hang or similar, the service will get restarted. This will make things really robust to failures.
