init/Makefile: disallow MAC to be set to the "default" MAC

We should remove the “default MAC” from the Makefile. This may result in MAC clashes since if multiple devices could be installed with the default.

We should be installing rv by providing a unique MAC anyway but this will ensure that a MAC is provided.
