revid: revid handles csv output vars

Saxon Milton created an issue

We would like to be able to specify two outputs via netreceiver using the single <device>.Output variable, so that we don't have to deal with having two <device>.Output variables, or having <device>.Output1 and <device>.Output2. This could be done using csv e.g <device>.Output = Http,Rtp. Revid will need to deal with this in it's update func.
