revid: remove ffmpegSender

I propose that we remove the ffmpegSender. It does rtmp output, but we have functioning rtmp output, there is no need to have this code, which has a dependency on ffmpeg, and also takes up unnecessary space.

    Agreed. Let's rid ourselves of the cursed ffmpeg!

    Anything we might have needed (such as motion detection), I would rather implement in Go anyway.
