salinity-netsender: generalise this client to add other sensors ie. Atlas Scientific Dissolved Oxygen.

Currently this netsender client reads and sends salinity values from an Atlas Scientific Salinity Sensor, we want to also read and send from an Atlas Scientific Dissolved Oxygen Sensor.

It would make sense to adapt this client into a general sensor-netsender for use with the raspberry pi.

An approach would be to use a sensor interface which each additional sensor can implement. This should be configurable and changed to fit each rig deployment.
