iot/netsender: provide cloud with varTypeMap

Other devices have started provided the cloud with a “var type map” which contains information about the devices variables, their type and options (in the case of enums). This allows the vidgrind UI to display the variable fields in a nice way. For example, the enum type has options that can be selected, over being typed in; this works well with true/false fields.
