Use signal strength as 3rd signal variable in map to determine antenna angle

On occasion the CPE aligner matches mag signals to an incorrect angle. This must mean that it’s possible to get two angles with similar mag readings. We’ll need a third dimension to differentiate in these cases. An easy way to do this would be to look at signal strength in addition.
