t/search.html: create functionality to allow JPEG images to be viewed next to search results

It would be convenient if JPEG images (i.e. those stored from timelapse mode) could be viewed next to the search results. It is proposed that a view/play link is provided next to results that can be pressed to load the image dynamically using javascript. This is considered a temporary function while we work to have JPEG images be displayed in the MJPEG player; afterall a JPEG timelapse and MJPEG are essentially the same thing, albeit the former having a much slower framerate.
