vidgrind: basic UI for scheduling youtube broadcasts

Now that we have the basic functionality for scheduling a youtube broadcast programmatically, we should create a simple UI on vidgrind to allow scheduling of broadcasts without going to youtube. This functionality would provides fields such as broadcast and stream names, privacy and resolution. Once the broadcast is successfully scheduled, the RTMP Key required by the encoder will be provided.
