broadcast.go: add "category" field to broadcast UI.

Saxon Milton created an issue

The “Category” has been defaulting to “Entertainment”, but we have been setting to “Science & Technology” for our manually created streams. We can set the “category” field for a broadcast through the YouTube API, so we should add this field to the broadcast UI for customization.

    Considering we don’t deviate (and probably won’t for a while) from the “Science & Technology” category, we will instead just hard code this value into video update call.
