broadcast: add "Repeat" option to broadcast UI which would add action cron to schedule broadcast every day.

As it is, when we wish to stream we must schedule a broadcast for every session. However, for a single camera at a site, this would entail manually scheduling every morning (assuming we’d like to stream every day). It’s therefore proposed we add a “Repeat” option to the broadcast UI, that when selected would use the vidgrind cron scheduler functionality to add an action cron to call the appropriate functionality and repeat this scheduling for each new day.
