search.html: device is shown as selected but pin selection list isn't shown.

When first accessing the search page, a device is pre-selected, however the pin selection drop-down is not shown.

Either we should add an option called “- select device -“ to the list which is initially selected, or we should load a page with a pin drop-down.

I propose we take the first approach since we can’t assume the user wants to select the first device, also it is consistent with our selection of the site in the previous page (index.html).
