YouTube API bot to report sensor data

We would like to write a bot that uses the YouTube API to automatically send sensor data from the rig as a message in the live chat. This will be useful for viewers who wish to see the data in real-time.

This is will most likely involve two phases.

• The first is the method for sending a static message to the YouTube live chat
• The second is the method of generating dynamic messages which contains the most recent sensor readings from the rig.
