player: add loading bar to indicate downloading of audio data and loading of spectrogram and waveform displays

Currently when the audio player is loaded it can take a while for the waveform and spectrogram displays to be shown and for audio to be playable. It would be nice to add a loading bar so that the user knows that something is happening while the data downloads and while the spectrogram and waveform are generated.
