Broadcast page always shows broadcast message.

The broadcast page always shows broadcast message: “Broadcasted!“.

This should only be shown when start has been clicked and the broadcast has been started successfully.

    This issue may be resolved. In the current instance of vidgrind there does not appear to be the “Broadcasted!” message.
