Search option to include multiple sites, including public sites

VidGrind’s search facility currently returns data for a single site, namely the site that the user has previously selected from their list of sites.

It is proposed that there be an option to search across multiple sites. Further, users may specify one or more public sites, i.e., not just their own sites (building upon feature https://bitbucket.org/ausocean/iotsvc/issues/59/iotds-support-for-public-sites).

This proposal is consistent AusOcean’s commitment to open data and open science.
