watermarks in video streams

We would like the ability to overlay a watermark in our live-streamed video. This way, anywhere our content is shared, it is evident that AusOcean produced the content.

This is something that that could happen in our video processing and forwarding cloud software.

My initial impression is that h264 decoding and encoding is required before this is possible.
