Monitor page loading time

The monitor page can take a long time to load, this time seems to get worse as more devices are added to a site. For the Willunga site, loading can take up to 30s.
@Trek Hopton has suggested that there seems to be some /undefined logs, which may be related.

It has been improved, so can probably be resolved, but there is probably still room for improvement.

The AusOcean-Willunga monitor page loads in just a few seconds now. Caching should have helped speed things up too.
