broadcast_service.go: file description in header needs updating.

The current file header description for broadcast_service.go reads:

DESCRIPTION
  broadcast_interface.go provides an interface for broadcasting services,
  as well as implementations, for example, YouTubeBroadcastService.

The file name has been changed. These header descriptions are optional I think since the package and code documentation should speak for itself. So the description can be updated or removed.
