site-menu: show which sites are public

It would be informative to know which of the sites in the menu are public. Some read only sites may be private but granted acces, some maybe be public. For someone who isn’t an admin, there is no way of knowing the difference. Since we get each site, we have this info so we can display “public” next to site options if they are public.
