Implement log suppression for VidGrind logs

Requests like this:

/recv?vn=161&ma=B8:27:EB:32:7A:5F&dk=80815812&ut=2943&S0=298168

are filling up the vidgrind cloud logs. It comes from the hydrophone at currency creek that sends audio to VidGrind every 2 seconds.

We need to either change our approach or implement some kind of logging suppression, eg. after 3 recv requests from the same device, we group or suppress similar logs from that device for 5 minutes.
