Play: Uploaded audio doesn't autoload

In PR #316 a change was made that loaded the audio to be played immediately from the URL. However, this change didn’t do the same for uploaded files, and it is unclear how these files should be loaded with the current UI.

A change should be made that uploaded files also process immediately.
