Use Device.Type

The Device.Type property is currently unused by VidGrind. In NetReceiver, this property was either one of esp or pi (at the time when pi’s were only ever cameras). Now, it can be used to differentiate the different types of device functions. The following types are proposed:

controller
camera
hydrophone
speaker
aligner

We can expand this list as we roll out new devices or major new versions of existing devices, e.g., cameraV2.
