search: graphing not working for values reported using ESP netsender v163

ESP values from v163 rigs (initially reported as signals). Are not showing up in the search graphs. The graph appears empty. However the graph is working fine with v164 scalar data, I was able to graph values from the test rig ESP fine.

The below image is an attempt to graph battery voltage from our deployed currency creek rig.

According to the browser console logs the data is successfully acquired so it seems like it's a front end thing.

NetReceiver is working in USE_SCALARS mode now, so values reported to NetReceiver are sent to VidGrind and are able to be graphed.
