monitor: sensors not being shown on VidGrind monitor page

There are sites that have devices with sensors, such as Rapid Bay’s ESP, that are not shown with their sensors on the monitor page.

However the Willunga test rig, which is flashed with the new version 164 of ESP netsender, is shown with its sensors.
