monitor: minutes of scalar data collected metric

It would be cool to know how many minutes/hours of eg. temperature data we have collected at a specific site.

We could do this on the monitor page by doing a request for all data points on a given pin. Alternatively we could start a “site statistics” page where this kind of data is displayed.
