Play: Playing wav from search does not load audio player

to recreate this, find a hydrophone and click play on an audio clip. This will direct you to an address such as https://vidgrind.ausocean.org/play?id=3239705399043988&ts=1707452614,60&out=wav which does not seem to load the audio player.

to load the player, simply change the out=wav to out=pcm
