admin/broadcast: The 'Select Broadcast' dropdown menu stays on 'New Broadcast'

When selecting a broadcast with the ‘Select Broadcast’ menu, the menu shows “New Broadcast” no matter the selection.

This should be changed to show the selected broadcast name.

This also means that when a user wants to create a new broadcast, selecting the “New Broadcast” option when a broadcast is already selected isn’t possible. The user has to re-navigate to the broadcast page. When “New broadcast” is selected it should show empty fields.
