Add monitor dashboard for all sites that shows all devices

Would be nice to be able to get a snapshot of all sites, which devices they have and whether they are reporting

This is a good idea. We should be careful about how long all the information may take to load if you are trying to load every devices status. However, I think this could look something like this:
